Where are we all heading?

Sometimes it takes something terrible to facilitate important change...

After injuring my knee playing hockey start of Feb 2022 - I have been forced to look and reflect on my hobbies, job and basically life!

I'd definitely fallen into the trap of working flat out in my business rather than dedicating time to build my business but also enjoy. MY. LIFE.

I want to be 100% present for every single client. I don't want to be run down, tired or sick because I have pushed myself to the max every single day. I want to help my clients make changes, achieve their goals and most importantly ENJOY their horse!

I'm heading in the direction of quality, personalised and holistic coaching. I will be valuing my experience, time and passion for my job
